Weapon trade in price?

I think i've missed where this is stated, anyone know how you set the trade in price for equipment and possibly ships? I'm guessing there's some coefficient value somewhere..

Oh, no i can do most things in the way of coding, i just want to reduce the price of looted weapons. So that their value is less.
