Unlocking Jumogates and Jumpholes

Can anyone tell me how i can have my server unlock all the jumpgates/jumpholes in FL?

comment out all settings in the locked ates section using a ;
[locked_gates

Also... you will need to have the characters for the server WIPED CLEAN and start fresh

so.. i can't just copy the server's char's somewhere adn then delete the server chars, unlock, and then copy them bak to the server?? .. or does each char has to be deleted and then start new?
