is there a mod like race wars for "X2 The Threat" where npcs build armadas and when reaches its building gol it sends them to invade other systems and has defence forces so u can watch spectacular battles and be part of them?

So far as I know, what you want... cannot be done. That said, you can have huge battles between various Factions. Go check out Foxer's interesting series of recent mod releases to see some really huge fights- it's quite possible to do

I got one on the go that pits Rheinland, Liberty, Bretonia, and Kusari all against eachother. But they're specified encounters. Ones like you mention I doubt could be done.
