Sounds cool.. Can we get all the details for what we can and can`t do regarding;
New Factions,
New ship loadouts,
New equipment,
Size limitations of system,
Max size of solars (thinking of the new big scale planets here),
New weapons,
Max number of bases,
Max number of tradelanes,

That sort of thing. If you use FLE it might be easier for us to tell u the location of the jumpgate/hole to manhattan. Do we need to script the base names, or shall we just tell you themso that you can add to your own DLL.

You can make anything in your system (except the one thing not alowed (the one we cant talk about) in your system)

Just remember the systems will be judged for playability, style, good layout.

Might get a bit messy if people start using custom factions?

I'm going to have to back out of the competition, sadly - don't have time for it.
