I believe it would hold that, to do those things, is part of the Admin function of the server, and not a mod. You could make others admins, but, that could create havoc as well.

It would be useful, and it might be possible to reserrect a developers console like most games have. CSS has alot of admin options in the dev console.

How do you add these things: using admon functions But by not using server guard.

BTW: I have seen a server give there server police a mod that let them kick bann and send console messages.
