Ironcross server opperator

I have a question for server opperators, if you run Ironcross server opperator the latest build have you noticed any problems conscerning the user database getting corrupted accounts.
I am asking as a user of Jolt Freelancer server whose accounts has just been lost.
Now its not just my account we have lost about 200 in the last 3 months, they seem to be getting corrupted for no reason or they just disappear.
Most of the accounts are new accounts that have only been used for about an hour.
Any help you could give me on this would be appreciated and I will forward it to the admins on the Jolt server.

I don't want to state the obvious...but.......don't they make backups of the mp files?

It might be stating the obvious but the Jolt server is one of the most popular server with over 10,000 acounts and more being created all the time.
Sometimes an account can be created and corrupted before backups can be made.

Anyway, maybe better to post in the Server forum, they may be able to help you with the problem.

My guess is (And I may be wrong) that their IonCross is configured in a way that 1 hour or less accounts are deleted periodically.

Also, maybe 10,000 accounts starts to be big.

Only guesses, but as Strail said, try the Server Forum, you might have more luck there.

Parabolix since this thread was posted in the wrong forum I remade it in the right forum in the hope that I might get the right answer to my question, I hoped you would have realised that when you conscider the answers I got in here.
Obviously I was wrong in my assumption. Since this question was directed at Server Opperators dont you think this one should have been closed and the other thread left open.
