In mpnewcharacter.fl there when you try to reveal the whole map you type in these things
where can you find the numbers after the = sign?
(by the way this is not all of them)

Those numbers are crcs. FL uses them extensively for name lookups... There is currently no real way of reversing a crc but you can make them with crc calc available from the downloads section.

Explanation :
Manhatten = li01_01 = 0x0BCD355B (197997907)

the number after is a flag to tell the nav map what to display...
1 = flown past
31 = flown past & some info
41 = landed and all info

Couldnt have said it better Anton, but then again it may work.
Myself im no good scripter but see programs like IONCROSS where it reveals the whole Universe, maybe you could lock that option until you get into each system?
Its worth a shot.

try to use the nicknames, if you dont want the trouble of looking up the numbers.
the flserver generates "his" numbers autmatically out of nicknames in char-files and then overwrites the charfile-nicknames with the right numbers!

ok i'll try the nicknames
but is this what you mean:
visit = lhj01, 41
(i think that is the name of the system (BTW its a made up one))
