Look at the UI.... It surely no more exists. But if you want to search for it, try in Data\Cockpits, and open all the .cmp with HardCMP (Available for dowload on TLR).

The cockpit itself is the same as the defender's. The cool User Interface (superior to what we got in the final game) is from an older version of Freelancer, and does not exist anymore.

Man that is cool...never seen that pic before. U sure they removed it and didn't leave it in game but just not using it? Cause that would be awesome to have instead of the plain one we got.

Hmmm...,

Reminds me of Wing Commander except the ship distance thingy on the hud is at an oblique angle.. other than that.. very similar... oooo..

I wonder why..?

.. impressive.. lol

Pretty sure its not "hidden somewhere" though.... you would prolly need access to the code and many hours of frustration in order to implement it..
