Nomads

Hi all, new to Lancers.
I've got a server running (Colours Elite UK) and I've opened the systems to the Nomad Homeworld from Single Player. I'd like to make the Nomads into an official faction and turn the nomad base into a proper base selling nomad fighters and weps etc. I've tried changing the visit value from 128 to 0 but I still can't visit the Nomad base. Any ideas or pointers to existing topics would be greatly appreciate on all the above mentioned.

i realise there is probably a lot of topics on this already but the amount of information on here is so vast I am running out of steam from searching.

Hmm look at other stations and compare, if there is a missing entry, or a value is different.

Your asking for a couple of things here,

1) The Nomads are a "proper faction" already just one that does not list in game faction listings. To change that you should do a serach for "show all factions" or "see all factions" or something like that.

2) The Nomad Homeworld "Base" was never ment to BE a base so I dont believe it has any docking points. To change that I believe you would have to get a program like UTF editer and add docking points. You would most likely have to also make some changes to its entry in the solar/solararch.ini file and create a base for it just like you would if you were adding any other new base to the game.

basically what it does is that it allows you to add bases/planets/equiment sold/commodities sold etc...
You can also start a new system from scratch.
