FL-editing Programm question

Is any 3D FL-editing Programm out there. I mean just like FLE but with a 3D view of the System instead of the nav-map like view. I thought I´ve something like that in one topic in the general editing forum. But when I searched it again later I didn`t find it again. B-)

There was one that was under creation, but it was aborted. So the answer is no. People are trying to get the latest BETA version of this 3D editor, but it won't have alot of functions.
