.... is there a way to export 3dstudiomax files into *.cmps? If so how? If not dangit dont got milkshape and if it aint free i aint gettin it....

Sorry man, you can only use .max -> .3ds -> .ms3d -> .cmp
No way to bypass MilkShape yet.

Well actually there is a way to get Milkshape free.
