Mod requests

Here you can place your mod requests and other people can make them for you or tell you how to do it.(I did this because I have a request myself and a wanted someone to make it for me)

Here is my mod request: I and my mates wanted someone to make a mod that increases the re-fire rate of weapons to the next rate up like this.

Noramal Re-fire rate Modded re-fire rate

I have asked people to make this mod sooo many times but they either dont respond or tell me to do it. I would do it but I dont have the time and I cant mod or edit or ANY of that stuff.

I would like a mode that takes the popular Stargate-SG1 series and turns it in to a full universe, where you can fly ships like the Death Glider, the X-301, the X-302, the X-303, Asgard mothership, Gou' uld mothership, Gou' uld uber mothership, the "puddle jumper", and the wraith ships. Please I need this done!

Don't forget that if you ask for a mod request, don't think to publish it yourself. Do you think anyone will make a mod for you while you do nothing?

Try to do it by yourself J.J.! It's easy enough in fact. Try using the search function, it may help.

There is already a mod with the deathglider in it. As to the weps refire rate, simple mod it yourself. It takes only a few minuets to do.

Use the Misc data base to find the weps name you want and then search the weaponsequip.ini and make the changes. Simple.

Hey JJ - i take it my help for you wasn't good enough huh????? The fact that i flippin typed all that out just for YOU, but you couldn't be arsed to do it yourself huh? It was basic, and showed you exactly what to do, but if that aint good enough, i guess you can hope there is someone who is willing to satisfy your desires there. What are you going to give in return for them though?

thanks for typing it to me I will try to get it done. one thing though how do I get to this filwe then put it on to a word processor progarm to changer it? It was not that I was to lazy to do it it just was I havent seen it yet. Thanls alot

Ok i got to it now i have one or two questions. If i cange this one will it change all the laser refire rates? and what do I replace the "refire delay " with if I wanted to change the refire rates to the ones I mentioned In the top question?

Its me (again) and now I got a serious problem I tried modding it but then i closed it down then i started it back up and now I am not getting writing I get computer code what did I do?

@JJ if your getting computer code its encrypted get sdk or biniq to decode them
and by the way dont triple post edit if you have to.

i have a mod request which i can't figure out how to do, but i think it's possible. is it possible to make a mod making AI ships as party members, just like Juni or King in SP. if it is, it would be cool if someone post it here.. and if there a mod that only adds lotsa ships that are 'realistic'? not uber-type ships?

as far as the Stargate ships go, I'm just waiting for the models from a source and I'll get all of them (except possibly the SGA ones) packaged up and ready to go.

Got you covered, 20 minutes well spent I'd say, I put together a very simple script based mode that lets you pick from about 6 different refire rate settings ranging from 50% to 1000% speed increases. Mailed a copy to you, and another to Baked Potato for upload to TLR

In future though asking for mods probably isn't a good idea, it's just this concept is so simple and easily implemented, and more than that *useful*
