two files are the same file!!!!!!

IONCROSS SERVER OPERATOR and UTF EDITOR in the download section are the same flie.are excel files
i wann to get the last version of IONCROSS SERVER OPERATOR!
please give me a right link.

It apparently can depend on the mod. there are several in the Search area. Chips version for the evolutions mod for example. Are you wanting to us a mods with it, or plain game?

Edit - Under a differnt search, I found this - IONCROSS Freelancer Server Operator mk.IV
This is as of May this year.
