What would be easier is for WHICH language are you after?? What lang do you wish to change it to? The reason is, we can try and find a fansite for the game in that language. Find out IF they have their language version - because they can let us have copy of the dll files for it instead. Then you can use their dll files (it will work perfectly) without ever having to edit a thing.

If not, it could at least enable you to get more people to help you with it.

well i already checked no such sites exsists and freelancer isn't translated to this language - latvian (lol)

yup you are right it willat least with that program i'm using now i will just try to edit .dll files manualy maybe that helps if not well i always have backup

You have mentioned that you translating all text in the game. So you must translate all dll files (serverresources, resources, offerbriberesources, nameresources, misctexrinforesources2, misctext, infocards, and equipresources) not only the infocards.dll.
