Commodity syntax confusion

I'm not sure on all the syntax, and I was wonder what each piece of info meant. Thanks for any help offered.

MarketGood = commodity_gold, 0, .4, 150, 500, 0, 0.880000
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

1 defines it as a sellable buyable good? I'm not sure
2 is the nickname given by the Goods.ini file
3 ?
4 ?
5 ?
6 ?
7 ?
8 is the cost multiplier

Could anyone please tell me what 3-7 stand for?

..........

Also, some bases are not "remembering" that I visited them. So when I'm trading it doesn't show me what I'm trading sells for New London (one of the bases that is "forgetting" I docked with it). Does anyone know how to fix that?

Thanks again for your time.

Look here to see how to get your bases to show up on the list:

As for the stuff in the market files:

1 defines it as a sellable buyable good? I'm not sure
2 is the nickname given by the Goods.ini file
3 Level required to purchace the item
4 reputaion level required to purchace item (on a scale of -0.9 to 0.9)
5 still testing
6 still testing
7 Basically determines if the base sells the item (0) or just buys it (1)
8 is the cost multiplier

For 5, 6, and 7, I've done some testing and found some really really cool stuff. 5 and 6 basically determine how much of the item is available for sale at once (though it seems to not actually restrict you in-game), and in some experiments I've done, I've found out some really cool stuff. Item number 7 seems to determine if there are price reductions when you sell the item (like when you sell a gun, you only get 1/3 the value, etc). I'm still fiddling with the 5, 6, and 7 values, but it's low priority so I haven't done any experimenting in about 3 months (back when I was a modding noob =)

Thanks for the help Wasabe, but I haven't changed my universe.ini file. The places just stopped remembering that I docked there. Since I haven't added any custom places or commodities, what should I move in the market_commodities.ini and the universe.ini files?

Thanks again
