Problems with Freelancer Explorer

I have a prob wit the freelancer explorer program and need somones assist on solving it. It makes the systems fine and all. but when i visit the system NONE of the names show up, but the actual item does,

could the erroe C:\Temp not found have anything to do with that? If so how do i fix it. I REALLY need sombodies help.
