I saw it in news or somthing, its this special Server thing which alows you to choose how much money players start with, what faction they are in, and what ship and location. Can someone give me the location for this?

that ini file is in the exe folder (i think its an ini, but the icon is diff.), it is called MPNEWCHARACTER.ini

The file is mpnewcharacter.fl but that was close enought to let people find it.
