Remember that the tutorial is about the Liberty battleship and not the cruiser.
I haven't read the tutorial myself, so I don't know if they tell you how to add and fly the cruiser.

But if they aren't, you should be able to do that yourself if you know a bit about modding.

DARN the ONLY modding i know is weap mod and changing others work! (like changing price ,name,damage(for weap),etc)

I know that the Evolutions mod has buyable and flyable cruisers.
You should be able to find the mod in the downloads section.
