Too many NPCs
I am trying to accomplish 2 things
1st I want to kill at least half of all non mission NPC traffic if not more. I have gone in the systems folder, then in each system folder, then edited all of the ini's so that density = 2 for all the entries...so that it looks like:

This seems to work in SP but not MP. I have even modified the client files as well with no luck so far. If I increase the density # to say 30 the number of NPCs does go up drasticly but I can't seem to bring it down. Also when I change density to either 1 or 0 there are no missions available. I do not want to change up the missions at this point.
2nd I want to increase all station, battleship, transport, planet, train, gunboat, armored transport, and CSV guns to reflect real damage not the rediculously small damage they have currently. I have been able to beef up the planet guns so that 6-7 shots kills a VHF but none of the bases nor tranports etc....seem to have gotten this. Can someone let me know which files to modify to achieve this please.
