Weird error eith my model

I've got a hole in my model, on the one wing, where the texture just refuses to show. I've reversed the vertex order, remapped the textures, made sure that there actually is a face there, and nothing seems to help. Any ideas?

heve you looked at it in ms3d and there are no black faces?... if so try re-exporting it... maybe it is a previous version of your ship and you thought that you have exported it in the correct folder.

grr... I tried that before and it didn't help, there weren't any black faces. Now there are... go figure. Thanks for the help!

Maybe there's a glitch?

do you have multiple textures on your ship?

or, it must be a typo error in your MAT file somewhere...

Yeah, in Milkshape, it's easy for some to miss turning OFF "Draw Backfaces" which appear black, and won't show a texture. So any new milkshape modeler, in your 3d perspective view, right-click in the window, and UN-check "Draw Backfaces" and that will help you overall from missing faces and such...
