How do you convert ships from one game to another

Hey guys lots of great info in the threads....just a quick simple qestion this time. How can i extract the ships from starlancer and soem addon ships form there as well and convert them to FL? cause i saw a few cool ones and would just like to add em to my mod... ihave aldreay added 17 new ships into the game adding them to the original amounts(no replacing just more options)
