I need help with a mod

ok i don't have the first clue about how to do a mod and i am not sure if some one out there has already done this mod so i just decided to ask, and see what happend.

Valkyrie mod
7 guns/missiles max class 10
70 nano bots/ shield batteries
70 cargo
7200 armor max class 10 shield generator
mine launcher
counder measure launcher
2 torpedo launchers

if possible a black base with red trim would be nice for a paint job

pretty much everything else would be standard. if anybody could help feel free to email me at [email protected]

look in top left corner of the topic list

pick option to see all topics from last year (extreme but certain) and look out the titles...
