Lane Access Zone Exclusion in Minefield

When I create a lane access zone and use it as an exclusion zone in a minefield or any other field for that matter. How will it exclude? Rectangular? Spherical? or........?

Also when I tried it once, I couldn't find the exclusion, either it was my poor tracking skills or something didn't work. Prolly the first but if the latter, what could have caused this?

It probabily didn't work, and the size/shape is defined in the zone you give for exclusion. That should be obvious when making the zones, so i kinda guess you didn't get it right the first time. Best thing is to look a thread further down asking about Zone 21 minefield exclusion zones (little searching and you could have asked in that thread!), at which point it should become reasonably clear that you should copy that kinda layout to get them working etc.
