its the PTough.ini

i changed it but i can't rise any higher than lvl 40 ... why that

where to edit further for the MP? or what?

As far as I know it's hardcoded

as far as i know there are some servers on the inet that have such high levels ...

for example andromeda ... and chsp home

Read a post here that said there was a microsoft dll or patch for extra levels for MP only. Do a search, you may find it.
