Erm, more wondering why it says truespace - is that a modelling program? Or is this ship from something? Did you make it then?

truespace = one of the many 3d modelling programs...
none the less that's a bit high of a poly count, at 5274 faces, and odds are that's in rectangular form, so when it's triangulated in milkshape it's going to double in poly count... even if those turrets are deleted it's going to be pretty high, But good looking

It's allready triangulated...and that polycount is with all the turrets included counted...

It's my original design. Trusepace is one of the best 3D programs ever! Easy to use, tons of plug-ins, compatible with most other 3D programs and small....
Truespace 5.1 is only 15Mb zipped...

I think that looks awsome, I can see you've taken a lot of influence from present day warships. Good job man.

ya I'll agree with you truespace is a good program. Tried and true, lots of the people who made mods for the wingcommander games used it to make their models back in the day. And a hell of a lot more compatable to other 3d moddeling programs then g-max which has licences preventing compatability with other 3d modelling programs.

And if the model was already triangulated for the shown face count then that poly count isn't too bad for the looks of the model.

Impressive modelling there.
Not really my taste in ships though, I like ships to be a bit more futuristic

But still impressively done, and I'm sure many can appreciate a ship like this.
