See the density? That is the amount of ships - hike that up (max is about 30 or so before crashes)
Max battlesize? Increase that (about 24 or more for stupid effects). Of course - lots of players in vicinity might cause effects (never tried it) - but to test, you can use the Ew06.ini file (unknown off of omicron gamma). Then find the population zone for the nomads, increase the density to 28 and max battlesize to 24, save it off and jump through to the unknown system off of omicron gamma. You will get your ass served on a plate to you
