I didn't edit my last post, so that I could cut and paste from the other Pizzapete thread:
I have only today discovered who pizza pete is.. I have been shaking my head in WTFness going through his posts (he and Kobra).
As a self-acclaimed expert of internet persona morphology, I have arrived at the following conclusions concerning dear Pete:
1) He is a young boy. 15 at the oldest (depends on maturity level). And British.
2) His parents either purchased a computer for him, or he uses theirs.
3) FreeLancer is his favorite game, and he spends so much time indoors that he forgets about reality outside of his home.
4) His parents are conservative
5) He has real life friends, but few.. and none of them are interested in FreeLancer on the same level as he.
6) He wants to be popular, and thinks highly of himself. So highly, in fact, that he likes to fabricate impressions of grandeur surrounding his online persona... in a feeble attempt to win the trust and following of the online community.
6a) His desire for popularity coupled with delusions of grandeur are a way to compensate for something.. something wrong, or a lack of something in childhood development. I am willing to bet he fears his father, generally insecure about the world, and is somewhat stunted in puberty.
7) He created the lies too large to manage and realized a while ago that he cannot possible explain away the details. It was too much for him, now he has to go.
He deludes himself to thinking people care.. he wants to manipulate people into caring for him.. and every time he doesnt get that charge.. that overcoming surge of joy like he had once when sucking on his mother's nipple.. he further manipulates and lies and controts truth in order to garner and cherish every last drop of sympathy from people..
..and then.. he moves on. He creates another name, another persona and moves on. Chances are, he will be doing the same thing over and over again in cycles with different personalities online.. until either he matures or commits suicide.
He will also be doing this in real life.. but on a more miniscule level. His friends are supposed to believe that he is a ninja starfighter pilot with bionic enhancements and a light saber underneath the toybox. While he delightfully engages in fantastic tales, he thinks everyone believes! He deludes himself into this false perception of sympathy when in fact even his closest friends are skeptical. How sad.
Fear not little pete, you will grow out of this phase.
The mod should (mabye) be out by or on April 20. Thats not a definet date but near enough.
) its kinda crap but since its the hols hes at home and i wont let him use my name so he made one that is y we have the same ip addresses. So for the next week you wont hear from me as im going to Scotland!
