Hmm - let me guess here now. Okay - if you look in Mbases.ini you will find missions handed out by ranking kinda okay? Well - here it is. Think of it like this:
It goes from level 1 - 19.

Its not truely that at all - but its near enough for you there

So - its missions payouts dependant upon difficulty of missions.
Increase it all for more moola

Well, okay, that post i just made was pissy at you, basically saying figure it out. But to shut your posts up - what do you think freetime means? Time between something? when do you get Freetime, and between 01 and 02? wondering could this be storyline missions freetime, and related to the amount you earn here? methinks so.....the clincher being that after a certain amount of missions you no longer have to do "freetime earning" which cuts off at mission 8 according to this.................bout right i think aint it?
