Starting a MOD magazine... is it possible?

just need some answers...
1. If I were to do a magazine on modifications like some of the Freelancer mods... etc.... would it be against the law? Because wouldn't it be technically making money off of mods?

2. Where could I find a service to start up my magazine?

3. What are the choices for a very ambitious and talented 16 year old?

i think thats all for now...

and if i can do all that then I probably need some staff for free at least for a while...

I dont know of anyone to help you but I think you can start with a MODing website and send out email newsletters to people that subscribe on your modding news website.

its still making money off of mods so I'm not gonna dabble in it... and the reason for it was to make some money... and have fun doing it... and we all know u cant have fun if ur not making money (virtual or not)
