i somehow lost/deleted my shiparch.ini file... can anyone email it to me? preferably a non-mod version.

what's your e-mail but the simplest way to get it back just reinstall freelancer

naminator, wrong, just download the FLSDK, and totally install it over your data folder, game runs faster, and you get the file back
