Is there a way to get ships OUT of FreeLancer?

Sorry but I've been peeling over these forums for days lookin for a way to get ships FROM FreeLancer into MilkShape. For Sig creation Clan WebPage GFX in 3DStudio. I could have modelled a few of the ships by now but the originals with original maps would be awsome...But All I need is something like the MilkShape ship Exporter to Import as well

Downloaded Milkshape and the Exporter..havent tried the Exporter yet..if it has Import capabilities I'll be VERY embarresed..Might try that while I wait for a reply ..Thanx

No the .cmp export plugin does not Import from game

From the interveiw with development team on this site I read that they are in 3DS format..just compressed.I have Zip that will not decompress...will some of the others I dont have do the Job? Stuff-it..Win RAR?...I dont have them as yet but can get them. Is this a copyright issue? It's just for Clan site Graffics and Forum Sigs.
