Changing default player?

Hi! I`ve looked over the noob stuff and just can`t find info on how to alter Trent. I`d like to swap his face with an oriental or black guy. Can anyone give a total noob the answer on how to do this. Thanks in advance!

I can't really help you but I do know it has to do with Charecters.ini.
