Bomber wings

It is no problem to create a battleship for personal ride. Also no problem to make a wing of any fighter to counter me. But even if I give them five torpedo launchers, they still prefer their cannons, even if they do virtually no damage to my 70 000 armor. How can I force AI to use specifical weapons?

You can make some changes in pilot_population.ini to make ai use missiles more often. You change the [MissileBlock section and reduce the interval time. You will probably want to add a new [Pilot entry though so you don't overwrite things.

I tried to give them torpedos as in the storylines pilots populations.However, they don't seem to use the darned things. Do what i do though, arm some like corsairs and outcasts with cannonballs and other things. Then, erm, run.

So then ai doesn't support using torpedos unless scripted which isn't possible in multiplayer. So instead you need to make a new 'missile' that has the exact same stats as the torpedo and mount your ai with that.
