Milkshape wont start!

Milkshape wont start up. Why? (When I click the ms3d.exe it starts to start but then it says "ms3d.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." every stinking time. why? why? why?) (I have xp pro)

I don't care to belong to a club that accepts people like me as members.

this is a mod question and should go in the editing forum.
Try reinstalling milkshape.

maybe your pc cannot run the program, i have here a Pentium II 233MHz PC in my office, installed MS3D and MS3D just crash and crash and crash in front of my face.
