TNG or Rebalance?

I cannot decide which of these ones i should install... Any recommendations? Which one do you prefer? and what exactly do they offer? differences?

Nethier wait for the terra empire mod

Ok I had to do that shameless plug, i've only 'looked' at the TNG one a bit, havn't looked or played with the reballance, great thing is you can try ethier, with flmm, just go through them untill you can find one your comfy with would be my best suggestion
