Finding the right MOD for me.

Basically I'm looking for someone to help me get the mod that allows people to create equipment and weapons. I know it exists yet no one speaks of it.

Can anyone tell me the name of the Mod and where I can download it?

Ah, I think your looking for a Tutorial not a mod.

I think he means to create guns IN GAME. No, their isn't a mod that does that but it would be cool if one was made.
