regenerating shields mod needed

To any one out there who is willing to help us noobs learn the art of modding I have downloaded loads of mods for shield regenerating but it has stuffed up my server one way or another i would like to now if some one can put it into english what to do --where to ----how to --- etc etc Sorry about you doing the work then me copying it but it is the only way 4 us noobs to learn You never now you could be helping the next game producer and your name could appear in there I how it all to .............. thanks.plz plz plz plz plz help
