Curious New System Problem

Ok, I created a new system and firstly, it does not crash.

I was wondering how to change it so the system doesn't think it is New york... And I've created NameResource.dll entries for the bases but they dont appear on the names, but do in the radar, some newyork object with grid reference appears when they are selected....

I've placed some zones for encounters to appear but they dont... But I should be able to fix that without too much delay...

Have you: MAde sure the nickname is individual for your system, that you have actually put the new referenced name in there? That the ids info is either different or that you erased it(but that doesn't cause what you describe) and that in the universe.ini file you have a)correctly named your system and bases with the proper prefixes, and b)That the ids name for the system is correct as well. It sounds a bit like if you don't get the gate numbers for tradelanes correct, and you cannot 'dock' with them cause its 'too far away' due to the other one (ie duplication of the gate number twice), or where something has the same nickname in your system as something else - it then selects the other one (with the ids info i think).......so really - check those nicknames and that the universe file is correct etc etc

firebase there is a signature testing thread in Site Feedback forum under the Off-Topic forum. You should test it there not here. Just letting you know, I didn't even know about it till recently.
