Is there a mod yet...

Which just lets you fly ALL the original ships and access all the original systems without adding any new things like star wars ships and crap?

you just asked for a mod that doesnt do anything to the original game, face it, you were asking for that

the Goanywhere mod gives you access to all systems in the game....even the story line only maps.
