What on earth are you dribbling about?? Don't have a bleeding clue what you talkin about here - do you mean SP, cos anyone who cheats in money inMP increases in rank automatically - so...............
Unless you did it on a server with lancer guard, i know nothing about it, but seein as its an 'anti cheat' patch, maybe that would stop your level increasing, then again, if it was, don't think you would be allowed on the server to look again...
Sorry - not helping, just curious to see if it really was MP you meant (baffled by it if it is), also, you got the money, why do you need the rank?

Hmm - Well. i. read. the. post. and. you. had. said. MP. Earn. the. money. instead. or. just. cheat. more. in. -maybe. it. aint. a. money. thing. and. the. levels. are. to. do. with. missions. so. check. missions. ini. files.
Basically - either mod more money in (easier for you - you know how as well) or it depends on what mission you are on as to what you need to do the next one. However, levels are in the ptough.ini

How can you not level. Maybe your Money value increased to much that it won't add up anymore. Many times I tried to give my self lots of money, but i still level-up. The money i put up is only enough for me to buy a new ship and weapons.

It's not that i cant level up it's that the gap is sooooo big it'll take forever to do enough missions to make that much money!!

Try reseting yout money value.
