Now I've been hearing about people thinking about a Jump gate to a new freelancer universe.It may sound hard but to be fair this forum topic can make it seem alot easier.Now heres what you do:

Gather a group of people, eg. Porsce and Gisgard use and put togeter all their mods.Copy the freelancer systems.There will be a minefeild about 20K long and at the end of it there will be a Jump Gate.This gate will lead to a place called "SIRIUS SYSTEM -> COALITION SYSTEMS".There will be 3 new factions,"COALITION NAVY","COALITION POLICE" and "COALITION TRADERS" but there will be a secret faction in the Moon of earth, the "EARTH SURVIVORS".

My point is all you have to do is make 4 Factions, 20 new ships and rename everything in the sirius system (apart from the commodities).

P.S please make this "Sticky"

I have started but my Free trial for Milkshape has ran out.I am waiting for a registration code so for two days I cant do anymore work.I have gathered the best of my ships ect. All I need Is the

Shadow ships
Starwars Capital Class
A deathstar planet
Mettalic textures
All the Capital ships from FightSpace
The ringworld But in a Coalition System
The CITADEL WARSTATION moved to the Hypergate
Battleship Mizurri In the coalition Main system
someone to make me the factions.

You still need the permission of the creator of the Citadel and Fightspace's capital ships before you can use them though. I don't think you have those yet.

I just don't understand what the heck he is proposing! - is he saying copy all the systems, rename them, relocate them on the star map, change the names inside (ps - by creating a stack of new dll files for them too) then edit said systems to put in more/take out some of the old stuff to create a new kinda 'feel?' then make this lot accesable through one almighty jumpgate (alien one? or custom?)

IS that what he is doing?!?! Going to take about a year to rename everything with new numbers, nicknames, files etc, but after that it would be kinda cool

Btw: My ships are orginal.
Thay arent seen on any pic in the world or movie or something else ....incloude my ships and this mod will have something no one has

I've been working on an idea similar to this for about a week now. It is a massive undertaking, but if your dedicated it should work. The only problem i can see is the jumpgate between Sirius and the Coalition.
