Iam no expert on freelancer scripts and ini files...

but from previous exp, they they look like keybinding strings

Like for example

Description _____________ Keys ______________ Result

"Hit rabbit over head" = 'press ctrl+alt' = -major head injuries

----------
therfore replace these with those from script

nickname = result
Key = Keys
Decription = "DBG_NAVMAP_SHOW_ALL" for example
State = "would always be same unless u see a n example with a different state"

That DBG looks like DeBuG command! Looks like you've found some geniune cheats for FL

The warp command is probably a teleport option.

I thought they were cheat codes for FL, but everyone kept on saying that they were no cheats for it.
