Hi, is FL Explorer just for editing systems or can you build entire mods, eg. Random missions, battleship encounters and the like? many thanks for any info.

BornToBeWild, goto the editing utilities forum, read the top post, you'll see a address "leiusseux" or sumting close to that, go there, get the installer and the runtime files. v. good utility.
