PLanet signs?

hi.. all i haven't found a previous post so im just gonna post a new one..

is it at all possible to edit the manhatten planet so its got a sign saying

something like "No PVP in NY " etc its for a server i play on specialy request from admin.. thanks for help in advance

I suppose... if you retexture the planet somehow or add an entirely new model to the orbit of Planet Manhatten, or something.

You could edit the Manhattan info card, I don't have the ids number with me but its on this site somewhere, the software you need is the FLED.ids infocard editor available in the utilities forum.
