which file do u edit to change for the prices of ships? and what part of the file do u change?

You need to edit the data/equipement/goods.ini.

scroll down the page and you will soon find the right parts to edit as there are not many goods named freighter or li_fighter

PS there are 2 entries for every ship, you only need the first entry.
