PLEASE help! - Want to make everything destroyable and want

Hi,

First I want to mention, that I looked for the answeres of my questions for some time in the inet, but I found nothing, so I hope anyone could help me....

1.)I have a Freelancer Server running with some friends and now we get bored of the Stations/Battleships/etc. which are not destroyable.
How can I change this by my self???

2.)There are so much amazing ships in this game but only the litte fighters and freighters are available, I want to change this, how can I do???
(e.g. ReihnlandCruiser etc.)

3.)Least but not last I want to speed up the warp for several ships, how can i do???
