Activation of Locked Multiplayer Jumpgates and Jumpholes

I'm currently trying to make a feature on one of my ongoing Mods so I can activate some of the MP JumpGates and Holes. My efforts to do this have been numerous, and I was wondering if there was anyone that could help with the information or as to whether we know if the source for the MP JumpGates and Holes is HardCoded.

Any Information would be a help, and credit will be given where due.
