He's right guy... no such file in my .exe folder either. Maybe you picked it up with some mod you downloaded. Are you playing the retail version?

uh im playing the retail version, and its not a mod file. for ****s sake doesnt anyone know what im talking about?

Well, since you have the retail version, explore your way through the CD and search inside data2.cab, I'm pretty sure thats the one you need to be in, if not try data1.cab.
