Making an existing mod FLMM compatible

Hey guys, sorry to dump what must seem like n00b question #110245932106 on you, but I'm ever so slightly stumped. I've got a commodity mod in the works, and I'd like to distribute it, but I'd like for it to be able to play with other mods (which, to my estimation, excludes editing the main .ini's and .dll's - although I could be wrong, and please tell me if I am ^-^;, so I want to make it usable by FLMM. However, as of yet, I've been unable to find any information on how to do so. If someone could either refer me to a previous thread with this information, or tell me how to actually get it done, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,
dr00

Load FLMM, and go to "Help\How Do I..."
