small mod request

Does anyone know how to mod the game so that the num keys 1 thru 0 will fire another 10 hardpoints.....right now only 10 hardpoints can be individually fired by a keystroke.

If we know in which file this is stored, it would probably be do-able. But I do not know which file it is, though there are more experience people around who can shed some light on the situation.
